Product Description
This test measures the total count of aerobic mesophilic bacteria in food, beverage, sponge or swab samples. It quantifies the overall aerobic bacterial population without identifying specific species. The resulting colony-forming unit (cfu) count is useful for determining whether a product meets internal quality standards, assessing freshness, and verifying the effectiveness of sanitation practices.
